The Festival of Nations is a multicultural festival with a goal to inspire the people of CK to REDISCOVER more about our world and embrace the rich cultural diversity in our community brought to us by immigrants from around the globe. CK is comprised of immigrants from 59 countries. We invite the many ethnic groups that are represented in CK to come together for a unique 3-day experience that celebrates cultural heritage through dancing, performances, exhibits, demonstrations and cuisine.
Treat yourself to the Festival’s World Café featuring different ethnic food groups and explore Vendor Alley, the diverse collection of ethnically inspired arts and crafts from our local vendors. EMBRACE representatives and folk artisans from nations in every time zone for a richer insight into their culture.
Be entertained at the two stages featuring traditional dancing and music representing cultures from around the globe as well as spotlighting our local talent. CELEBRATE and be wowed by the Festival Parade and Festival Fireworks display that showcases Chatham Kent’s multiculturalism and Canada’s Birthday.
